How to evoke literally any other feeling except anger and disgust for yourself?

Hey buddy, that sucks I get it, but think of people who are close to you and think of how much you’ve cared for them and supported them. You’re not all that bad, it’s just this whatever situation you’re in right now makes you feel this way. So, cling to that hope and try to do things that make you happy and distract yourself for some time, you will be fine.
