How to deal with loneliness especially at night?
Am not in rush or anything like that but at same time I also need love, care , a permanent person.
Please don’t judge but this loneliness is something which is hard to deal with mainly at night

Hi dear,
I totally understand your situation. And I really want you to understand the cause behind your loneliness. We always feel lonely when we have a deep void within us i.e., lack of love. It is only then when we feel like having a permanent person in our life. But the truth is that ‘Nothing is permanent, Everything is temporary, though’.
1. First of all, try to identify the cause and factors in your life that are leading to feel you lonely.
2. Try to engage in self-questioning.
3. Spend sone quality time with yourself
4. Try to pen down your thoughts and feelings which would help you to understand your thought cycle.
5. Engage in sone recreational activities.
