Let me tell you my personal story. I had 2 yrs of exp I was earning 60k then my boss played games and reduced my salary to 25k I worked for a few more months then I started my own startup. It didnt work out as planned, 2-3 yrs down the line I was in 15-20L debt 0 income since past 3 yrs 0 social life 0 career. Felt like a total loser. But there’s no failures in life only learning. I shifted my mindset learned from what I could from that situation left my startup. Joined an org started working from executive level. 2 years later today I am a marketiing manager at a Firm taking 10LPA.
I am still paying my debt. I am still here standing my ground firmly. If I can turn around my life brother so can you. I was a complete loser. Now i’m OK.

Actually brother i am a student but i find studying hard bcz I can see my mental health is literally not good and I can say at worst and my parents doesn’t understand this for them money is everything.

Listen calm the fk down first. Its ok to be lost. Its ok if you feel like that. Your feelings are valid. Everyone feels like that. I did too.

Distance yourself from social media. Start meditating 15 mints a day and increase it that’ll help you with your focus & studies trust me.

If you are failing academically. I will say gauge your situation with utmost care!.
Yes like there is million of stories failing to succeeding.
But blindly following misconception it may also work for you. . Will get you more in vicious cycle.

If you try your best and still not getting desired results…
Chnage the course change the path you are underway. Look for alternative

It save your prime time and mental state and future regrets/guilts.

It will be your important decision.
I can do lot’s of good words which will cheer you up for seconds…
But i don’t want you to suffer. Look for the root cause

Problem is they see your problems solvable and minuscule.
As they have bigger life problem.

They may not understand very soon

Understand yourself! What triggers you.
And i relate to above person.
Cut-off social media
You will be not relating to others fake happy life.
Read some self-help books… To get the problem

Try stoicism!! (Look over internet and videos)

It will be hectic and your mind will resist the change… You have to force yourself to chnage the state you are in!! . .

Change all of the lazy habits you got there

I will definitly do these all but should I go for cognitive therapy ?? Bcz srry to say i am feeling suicidal since long and tried 3-4 times but unfortunately i am still alive
