I swear to God only answer that’s relatable. One says think of happiness one says FOCUS ON BREATHING??? one says stay away from person irritates you. Now I am annoyed and having anxiety attack
What helps me when i am having a panic or anxiety attack is. To remember that i am not really having a problem breathing , honestly it’s the worst feeling , I have honestly been suffering from this problem for 5 years now , i wish I could afford professional help , if you can please consult & work on things that are causing anxiety

I was going to meet up with friends and hang out. Bc of that anxiety hit me hard. I didn’t cancel the plans tho I am proud of myself
