Workouts … since I’m working on these nowadays … I do home when I’m very busy but my go to way is playing intense sports and biking. But that comes with inconsistency. Have to work on that exactly.

Nice!! I play sports too!
So for procrastination, I started setting targets and rewards. Like i used to set a target that is to be completed in the given amount of time and if I do it successfully I used to reward myself with something I like and trust me it feels so good. On days when I couldn’t do it, i started feeling guilty and that guilt helped me to overcome it.

Can you cook? There’s a lot of cooking tips with which you can change unhealthy dishes into healthy ones. I cook paneer dishes a lot which are super tasty. I have created a startup for solving a lot of sugar/junk food problems so not comfortable discussing that publicly though

It’s absolutely worth doing coz people are moving towards healthy food and becoming health conscious lately. This is actually a very good idea. And if the food is tasty with reasonable pricing, you’ll surely attract many customers.

I just heard someplace Ashneer grover in a shorts vid saying there are millions more people who do not care about healthy food than those who do. Btw just started this is not my main project (not my field). Only started coz I have been saying this to everyone around me and medical people for years now yet no one is working on it. Fed up so out of curiosity I started talking to some Chinese suppliers about prices of buying bulk protein lmao.

See I think there exist a niche market for these kinda products. People are becoming health conscious but they hardly compromise on the food and taste I guess.
According to Ashneer people care much about how the product taste irrespective of what it contains and he said so after tasting some product which wasn’t as good.
If you gonna give people protein rich healthy jalebi with exact same taste, why won’t they have it?lol.
I love icecream so I used to have it no matter how healthy I’m eating but then I got to know about Brooklyn Creamery which gives me exact same taste but has very low calories like 50-70 per serving. So I switched to it.
