Whenever something bad happens in my life I just take a deep breath and face reality.

Sitting on a terrace with 360° view, a mountain range and the nature at one side and the buildings and city on the other side with a beautiful pink and blue twilight sky and cool breezy weather + nice music  is ❤️♥️
And then the the thought strikes you that you are alone , it's all good sometimes but not all the time na, sometimes you wish if you had someone there to sit with and talk or any friend who you can call and enjoy a company atleast through a call but it's okay. It's pretty nice time alone too❤️🦋

Why do I feel lonely and sad?' is not just a mere question, but rather a state of mind now. It is this constant thought which I can't get out of my head and it keeps messing with my mind. Why do I feel lonely and sad all the time and why is there no other emotion which my mind is ready to accept? Well, to think of it, the real reasoning, I feel, may be that it is a type of defense mechanism which my mind is deploying as a measure to protect me from getting hurt again. Because, if I feel lonely and sad all the time, I can't feel another mildly dominant emotion and that would keep me from getting disappointed and eventually hurt. Does that make sense? I hope it does because I can't explain it any better. More so, this "why do I feel lonely and sad" can often come up as a depressed charecteristic of a person, but for me, it is not. Trust me! It is more of an introspecting thought which keeps ringing in my mind all the time, unless I give my mind a satisfactory enough reason. I guess I am just a very emotional person, who feels a litle too much and I know it's a good thing that I value and appreciate feelings, sometimes its a curse and I witness it in the form of 'why do I feel lonely and sad'. It really is shitty and trust me, you never want to grow through it!! :(

Why am I afraid of loving someone new. I want someone in my life but i don't wanna try things too like going out or meeting new people. All i want is someone to care about me, Listen to me, talk to me and with whom I can talk without filtering anything.
