Short answer - Habit.
If you’re procrastinating on studies make a habit of opening your book and reading one page. Even if you read half a page, do it. Don’t skip.
If you’re procrastinating on exercise. Do 10 situps. Even though you’re not doing entire routine, do something everyday.
