What do you focus more on?
I focus on my abs the most, because I really would love a flat stomach, but I donβt workout just one part of my body. I follow Pamela Reifβs workout plans which include a good variety of Abs, booty, legs, back and cardio

I was also a Chloe Tingβs follower, but then I got bored after doing the 2 week shred. Pamelaβs is more engaging and I follow her on insta so seeing her workout daily acts like a motivation. I absolutely love her, as a person as well as her routines.

I work out which includes building stamina, muscles, flexibility, and everything one can think of while exercising.
And, anon user, nice one but I work out in a specific outfit only. π€
