How is it that u r around so many people, u can laugh, u can have fun with your “friends” And still feel alone and empty inside. The only person I would share my real thoughts is genuinely busy. Due to this mental state, doing everyday things also turn too exhausting. Although I love going to college but with this weight of my thoughts, nothing has my attention, not even studies 😔
How do i get out of this state😫

Why don’t you distract yourself / keep yourself busy …try some new things out … you’ll definitely enjoy…and you’ll feel good…try out some zumba online… you’ll feel energetic…I’m myself having the same situation…and I’m trying new things out :)

I used to go to piano classes, but my schedule has made it difficult nowadays.
I’ll try to make some room in my schedule for the class again, cause it did truly relaxed me

I do this a lot when I find myself in this type of situation! I express myself by writting in the Diary! Writting your thoughts will really help you release and make you feel calm!
