Trust me you do no wanna know what anxiety feels like, because once you do , you will get anxious about being anxious , it’s like a loop!
I’m always scared of what will happen next if I dont perform at my job. 5 days of week feels like I’m trapped.

I dont know what to do. I just dont feel like doing this job its been 4 months but still I have to keep going bcz getting a job in IT made my parents feel proud but I just dont want to do it. I dont even understand the work given to me. I’m always anxious.

My fuking anxiety just kicks in when ever i am supposed to feel confident. I even ge anxious while walking on the road thinking about the people like they are looking at me/ they are judging me/ i shouldn’t be wlking like this/ i should look down blah blah blah! I cant even talk while making eye contact! These are like my freaking shts.
