Night can be very depressing so it’s better you try to sleep earlier to avoid overthinking which might to lead negativity. But if you still not able to do that you have to add some meaningful things in your schedule which can help you sort this situation out.

Haan I know I am trying to be more productive during day time but In my free time…I start thinking.
Start your day with atleast 10 mins meditation and add read some books or listen some related podcast. Trust me it will start helping you and you will able to see the change. I personally tried it and got out of that zone.

I listen to positive affirmation videos, and just breathe. Sometimes I works, sometimes it doesn’t but it’s trial and error 👍🏻

Trying to understand negative thoughts? Sometimes it’s just our minds way of saying we need to talk about it. Best to let it out. Vent, rant, cry, whisper but don’t keep it inside. A problem shared is a problem halved 👍🏻

Tbh…i am the kind of person who talks to people to clear my mind…I can’t keep things inside me.
That’s good 😊 but don’t spend too much time trying to figure out the negative thoughts on your own. Maybe look into Cognitive Behavioural Therapy? I found that helped me understand why I think the way I think

Do some research on it. There’s tools online you can use. If anything it could give you a better understanding of why you have negative thoughts and that could help you conquer them. Good luck 😊
