how do you guys coor with jealousy in career? A friend of mine got promoted and I know she doesnt deserve it since I know I know more than her and I've helped her a lot. But I am not promoted.

I am feeling jealous...i got a hairstyle which is ridiculous and my frnd is out there living her best life partying in a party i wasnt even invited to it is shit that i have this horrible luck and pple around me who dont care...i want to be able to have fun and be cool...may anxiety has been triggered and now i cant function i dont know what to do

I feel I dont have any friends. I see other people and I get jealous. I dont have a gang per say. I feel lonely. Is it normal to be jealous?

I feel bad about the fact that I am jealous of many people specially when they post on Instagram...I always remember them with the bad things that they have done or the bad traits they have and deep down I don't wanna see them succeed and I think they should fail
Any tips on how to be more kind about people and not judge them like that? And of course about jealousy
