How do you get rid of porn? I’m in low self esteem zone and often watch porn and frankly most of the time I don’t even know why I do that. It’s like an episode which happens suddenly and then I feel disgust. Currently, it’s alternate days frequency but I wanna stop completely
What is your age ???

I am 27 and i was too a addict till few months back then I had some health issues and hd to take medicines which made me sleep early so my pattern broke of watching it late night and then after the medicines stopped i was okay and not an addict anymore. So may be try breaking your pattern and exhaust your body as much as possible.

6 out of 10 time I manage to do that. But fact is that it’s temptation to watch which I’m finding hard to get rid of.

Go to gym, it’ll help trust me!
You can don’t it for real or can you .
From my experience, I usually watch porn when I was down, depressed and couldn’t do other activity.
My advice is try to connect with others. Try to listen to anyone’s advice on why leaving porn would make your life better. You can watch any YouTube video on that topic or read any post anywhere on the internet. You must also have a mindset that porn is bad. Never enable it.
Try to spend time with others as much as you can because porn isn’t watched together and that can limit your reach to porn. Tbh it doesn’t necessarily have to be people. Animals are also welcomed.
Try to think about your life before porn addiction. Will bring up regret which can be a strong factor for change.
When you’re watching porn, think that those women might actually be exploited because there are news about it.
If you read porn in manga, stop reading. It’s illegal to read without paying. This can limit your porn source.
Porn addiction can’t be solved overnight. Don’t pressure yourself to see a fast change. Be patient. Everytime you fail, restart again. Failing is bound to be but restarting is important one. Don’t give up this fight.
