Umm laptop h and she enters my room whenever she wants to and to delete things that quick I don’t know it just get me extremely anxious…

Can’t you minimise your vc screen?

Ok so everything’s fine I can minimize it and everything the only problem is that I have mini heart attacks when shes in my room cause she never knocks and I absolutely suck at lying to an extend where you can see my hands shaking so this is really stressful at the same time I’m in a healthy relationship with him and I need to give him time

Then do a simple call. And when you’re completely alone then do a vc.

Simple call… it’s a long distance relationship quite expensive 😅

Then do a WhatsApp call. Or Google duo

Honestly you shouldn’t panic at all if you get panic then she gets more suspicious so try to be calm if she comes into your room without knocking. Act like you’re doing nothing exciting. You can also go to your terrace or somewhere for some amount of time where you can be alone

Hn baba but the thing is not in my control panic is full blown and she’s genuinely very toxic… so I start shaking breaking into sweats turning pale and my hands and feet get very cold just with her being around me…

So if it’s a problem then I can’t help with that all i can tell you is to go somewhere private for some amount of time and if it’s not possible then you should learn how to use your laptop in a really fast way.
And maybe you should also confront your mother just say it that you get disturbed whenever she barge into your room just like that
