How do you forget embarrassing and traumatic moments?
I’m an overthinker so, I think a lot to the point it develops strains in my life and my well being. Even in small stuff like how I act to how people think, EVERYTHING!
Things always run in my mind, no matter how stupid they are. I hate it so much, especially my mind brings up about my most miserable moments and my embarrassing moments.
How do you stop from overthinking???
How do I stop remembering embarrassing or traumatic events??!
Writing them down and read them everyday…after a point you’ll get bored n those events will drop from ur mind. I tried it worked
