How do yโall deal with unwanted thoughts? Iโve been having the same thoughts where I constantly worry about the future. They take almost more than half my day.I just want to dismiss these thoughts. Really need a solutionโฆ
Its good to have these kind of thoughts. Everyone has . Take deep breath , and donโt worry about the future we have no control over it . Donโt take stress about something which is not gonna take place in next 5 years . Only keep focusing on things which will be thene in next 2 upcoming years. Hope this will work
