How do some of you deal with your aniexty? I’ve been having so much aniexty today. My mind tends to run real wild which creates all these emotions and I can’t stop it. Like I’m trying to calm it down…even going in public makes me feel awkward and kinda nervous…
It’s ok to have some bad days but you can try some anxiety grounding techniques . What you have to do during those times is that you should try to find 3or 5 things around you, feel 3 things and also hear / smell 3 things it might help you

I’ve been researching a lot on aniexty attacks and what to do. The breathing technique kinda helps but I will definitely try this one. This one seems like it could help me calm down and really focus.
Yes it works as I too have tried it ample number of times , as this technique distracts you from what’s bothering you and calms you down

Thank you for the advice. Sometimes I get real bad aniexty attacks and try to hide it and end up feeling dizzy, light headed. Etc
