You are sure but coming out is a big thing. Only come out to your parents if you are sure they are not homophobic and if they are homophobic then just you gotta wait until financially independent so you can hold ur words and tell them proudly that yes you are into girls and lead your life yourself.
If you want you can come out to anyone who is very close to you, a friend or a sibling who can understand you and is not homphobic 😊
