First instruct your brain to stop thinking about smoking and then start some vitamins such as thiamin, pyridoxine and also methycobalamin , this tablets will help you
Delay theoryโฆ
If you can delay it for 5 minutes, you can for 5 decades.
Example:- Ever been in a situation where you want to pee badly but thereโs no washroom and you rush to your home or nearest loo โฆ And the closer you are the more the pressure increasesโฆ Thatโs your brain playing trick coz itโs convenient once you reach . Now you canโt stop pee forever but smoking you can โฆ And once you pass 3 months without itโฆ You will start hating it even if you smoke. Just avoid at all costโฆ Nobody died without a cigaretteโฆ Just push/delay more and more till you quit finallyโฆ
Trick :- once you realise you can go without it โฆ You have won
