How do I stop myself from checking up someone on Instagram? I blocked them but there’s always an option of unblocking. I really wanna stop but I am unable to because seeing whatever I see isn’t doing me any good. 

I am a digital creator so I can’t really just get rid of it

IM BACK I TOOK A HUGE BREAK BUT IS IT JUST ME OR DOES LIFE KINDA SUCK RN

I just need to vent ig. I've always been close to my grandparents, especially when I was younger. My parents worked long hours so my grandparents raised me just as much as them. But as i started getting older, our communication became limited. We still talk, just not as much as before. I'm pretty sure there was a time my grandfather was my best friend and now we can barely find common topics of conversation. They live right near me and i still miss them so much😭. How can I miss someone i meet almost everyday?

It's been a year I have lost myself I'm tired of everything, nothing gives me happiness the reason behind my happiness took it all away. I have just became a person who doesn't like anything. I have no cravings left for food, I don't enjoy going out feels like not even leaving my room, rains makes me sad and tears roll down. I used to be very cheerful, enthusiastic, extrovert person. Since last year I hardly meet my friends or went out with anyone. I rarely talk to people. I have my career in front of me, I wanna give my best to it, but I feel mentally and physically drained. I can't even find a coping mechanism, I tried few things but they didn't even work. I feel it's too late now for taking therapies, even I can't say to my parents that I need therapy they are typical Indian thinkers. I really try to pretend that I'm all good and happy but that ain't the truth. There's no motivation left in me.

I dont know whether anyone will read it or not but i want to say that there is barely a day in my life when i never fell frustating and sad for not having the girl i love in my life.its almost 4 years since i m in love with her but i dont know why i was never able to gather all guts and tell her that how much she mean to me. I love her the most. I always fells low that why she is not in my life 🥺 i just hope that a day will come when i will tell her how much she mean to me but the thought of loosing her makes me sad.I hope one day she will be mine😞
