How can someone be successful by bitching, you’re giving your 100% to your work. But your colleagues bitch about you in front of your seniors and also they without even having a word with you start doing things that are against you.
The main question is still there what they will get from all this? From my side they lost all the respect I have for them …

Jealousy. Its plain jealousy. I’m sure you are doing great, they are just jealous of that fact. I’m sure seniors won’t be stupid enough to believe their words only and not look at your work. Whatever you are doing is great keep on doing it. As the great Taylor Swift said " Haters Gonna Hate".
Let those bitches cry , make sure you make them cry by your work and if necessary some punches👀

budd, they want to bring you down thats it chuck them,try to reach a person among seniors who is understanding and nice explain it to them.
How rude of them.
Yeah it happens in my workplace as well.I have seen so many instances and slolwy they are losing my respect.But anyway you can’t really do much no ,so I used to kinda ignore them.in their faces.But I have realized why bother so much and make myself miserable for their actions.Now I’m simply working on ignoring such thoughts and obviously maintaining professional relationship only.
