Why do you think people after breakups cry so much and feel so much pain

Ig sometimes its good to accept our flaws. I mean we’re all humans and we all make mistakes. It’s good to learn from them, emotions like anger are normal. It’s just if you feel it’s a bit over the top then control it but ig no one can be actually “toxic” due to all this
