How can I treat dry eyes at home? 
I have an exam, so I need to study for long hours and have around  5 hours of screen time since I need to watch online video classes. 

That will work? I'm myopic tho. I use specks. And I had like 9-10 hours screen time last week and now, my eye corners are red and they are very very itchy. Plus, my vision got more blurred and it's getting uncomfortable. 
I had no other option. I know it's too dangerous for my eyes. I am trying to complete my syllabus by this week, the one that I need to complete online. And I'm thinking of taking quite a break and resume offline  studies from books after that and minimise my screen time 


No, I am busy with my studies and my anxiety don't really allow me to go out of home. I feel like I'm wasting time and  I will lag behind in my preparation. 

Plus, we shifted few months back to this place and I have no idea about any eye specialist here. I was consulting my hometown doctor but I don't know what to do now.
