How can I stop myself from overthinking…this overthinking makes me sad, angry, cry everything…even sometimes I feel like I should kill myself.
That’s very negative, I know.
I tried meditation but I couldn’t do it everyday, since I am an aspirant so I need to study early.
I tried exercise but i became over concious about my weight, even though I was 47 kgs at the age of 24. So I left it …now if I want, I only do yoga and only when I feel like doing it.
I am recovered from Panic attack… but i want to stop overthinking, help me !

Don’t think of the past or the future. Live in the present. Write your thoughts when you’re overthinking a lot, that should help.

I have been writing my thoughts since 2018 in my diary. I don’t know very well but I feel like these thoughts mostly come when my period is due. And when I got angry , these negativity cover me like a big blanket.

Mood swings are natural in females during their periods and thus it can be difficult to control them. However, you can assess what triggers you during your periods and stay away from it.

Do regular meditation for 10mins. Learn from Sri Ravishankar online. That way you will not deal with lot of time. Learn weight training also,it will help and whenever you feel distracted, engage yourself.
