How can I stay fit. I’m gaining weight no motivation. I sleep throughout the day. How can I stop procrastinating
start doing small workouts try lilly sabri"s workouts in YouTube it is really motivating and we can see results too and workout is good for mental health too

Procastination is bad. It will ruin your life. Start walking on a fix time but try to do it slow… like just walk for 10-15 mins on day one then increase it day by day. It will help you. Start any activity and do it for atleast 21 days.

Try doing some mini exercises every day, or do like me, whenever you miss “that” person, do 5 push-ups! Or 10 if you are able to haha
