How can I just freeze my thoughts and calm myself down and concentrate in few, of my things…???

I know how it feels to be unable to focus with a storm of thoughts inside your head.

What always seems to help me is just disconnecting for a while. 5 minutes. 300 seconds. That’s all you need. Just disconnect from reality.

How you do that is just close your eyes, take a deep breath, but don’t exhale immediately. Hold for a few seconds before you do, but slowly. This is a military trick to lower heart rate and stress. Try not to move around much, stay still or lie down.

Now, either use some soft instrumental music, or nothing at all, but just focus on imagining a huge painting canvas being wiped clean. White. (Or black.) All colors, going away, just a clean canvas.

5 minutes.
Once you’re back, you’d have a better grip on your thoughts. Try it out, let me know how it felt!
