How can I improve my self esteem? I cut with my ex boyfriend and Im feeling so inefficient and I don’t know how to deal with this feeling 😞

Look efforts that we draw don’t waste. Even if conclusion is not ur way but u can learn many things from it. U r sufficient for anyone . Don’t think negative. Adopt positive approach for things so that it will boost ur self confidence. Don’t think about future. Abhi ka pehle set up kro presently
