How to deal with anger?

I get angry very easily with the people that I love the most like my parents, my brother, my boyfriend. I scream at them and I say things that hurt them a lot and then I instantly regret it. I try to write it down. I try counting. I meditate. But nothing helps. I am miserable. I always hurt the people I love.

I have been soo much stressed that I get soo much angry. I get angry on every small things and now I have hurt my son in anger. I am very very guilty of it. Plz tell what can be done

3am Thoughts

Lately I have been noticing that my anger is becoming explosive. My heart gets filled with hatred and that's the only thing that seems to fit there for hours upon hours and sometimes it becomes overwhelming for me. I try not to let it seep through as I am known to be a very empathetic and kind-hearted person, but I am struggling right now.

I seriously need help....tell me how to control my anger or i will end up losing everything

A lot of people are having narrow window of tolerance. some naturally have it narrowed in their core personality which is okay but some out of certain difficult experiences cut down their window of tolerance to shorter.
Having optimum range of tolerance is a superpower 🙋‍♀️rather than a problem but with the right person. and if we know the problem truly then the problem got half solved automatically.
let's dig a bit deeper.
window of tolerance on two extremes can create two states leading to the activation of sympathetic nervous system response.
a.)hyperarousal in some which can cause aggression, panic attacks and anxiety. this is the flight or fight response.

b.)hypoarousal in some which can cause numbness,indifference,  detachment,  low energy, unfocused and hence leading to the passive aggression.  this is a freeze response.

ps: with intentions and more self awareness we can expand this window of tolerance and hence can lead to more fulfilling life.❤️ and it starts with being grateful for 3 things atleast that you can count on today. 
so count your blessings first to get out of one step ahead and the let's expand ur window of tolerance gradually.😉
