Can anyone here who can tell me , how can I manage my anger ?

I need some tips to control my anger. I get irritated very easily, sometimes it’s because of my PCOD. I regret getting angry on little things and I try my best to control it but somehow my method is not helping it. If you have any suggestion, I will try it. I really want to work on it. When I’m angry, I get anxious also.
