How after a small conflict in talk I keep feeling offended and think about what I should have/could have/would have said rather than just letting go?
sorry but that’s so relatable…i think about all the arguments and all the clever things I COULD HAVE said as opposed to what I actually ended up saying ? letting go also takes time. It’s the right thing to do, but it’s not easy, and most definitely not my first instinct ?
need some trick/medicine that would help
