Walk after eating it will help to digest the food else you can also eat after jog but it will not benefit you

You can jog after dinner bro…if you really want to ripe benefits jog in morning empty stomach itt will tone your whole body and mind.

The only thing I’d be concerned about is my safety to run around my vicinity during or post 10 pm.

Apart from safety reasons, running it any form of exercise at night before sleep is a good to make you sleep faster.

Yes, I do the same. But I feel like that doesn’t really help me to like stay fit. And help my body wholey
