But I think the group creation would be for people who know each other so it won’t be chaotic I feel. I’ll create a group with people whom I know so it’ll be all chill in the group.

Need a feature to silent notifications for a specific groups. Adding too much of noise.

Private groups would be great 👍 what about pointing system for caregivers? Points, gifts,… some feature related to those lines as it would make it more interesting for people to share their experiences and caregivers would be more eager to help them bcoz they would get some appreciation through points/gifts.

Try to have badges/roles like Caregivers, etc. That would be a great thing to recognise people who have been here helping out people.
