Hii …I’m on my training Far from my family and I’m feeling so alone I’m missing my family so much…And my friend who had come with me for training stopped talking to me. Even she betrayed me I feel so alone here I can’t do this anymore I don’t want to give tension to my parents by telling them my situation what should I do now.

First of all relax. This phase of your life will definitely make you more stronger and rigid. Stay in touch with your parents don’t hesitate to share your difficulties. They will give you better advice

Hey,

I can imagine being away for training and feeling alone is really tough. It’s unfortunate that your friend stopped talking to you. If you’re finding it hard to share with your parents, maybe consider reaching out to a colleague or mentor for support. Sharing your feelings can lighten the load, and you don’t have to go through this alone.

Also, consider this as an opportunity to connect with other people during this time and grow and strengthen your network. Sometimes, unexpected situations open doors to new connections. Take care, and remember, there are people who care about you
