Hii! Hope you’re all doing well. It’s the middle of the week so in order to avoid burnout, one thing I make sure I do everyday is take out time for myself, even it’s just an hour of laying in bed doing nothing. I like to spend time with myself and learn to enjoy my own company. That for me is self care!

For me, self care is taking a good nap. When the daily issues and stress gets to me and the negative thoughts take over, it’s good to take a nap to realign my thoughts.


I definitely agree! Sleeping on it actually helps one think with a calm mind
