3am Thoughts

I confessed this guy I like him he said he considered me as my friend, (though I always thought he liked me too) he moved to another country I stopped responding to him because it was very hard for me eventually even he stopped messaging, now after so many days he suddenly liked my story on social media and months of moving on has come back to square one, I am feeling very sad I want him to take some efforts for me but he never does, may be he deserves better and I am very ordinary. But his little things impact me a lot it's hard for me to get him out from my mind

Crush

Recently, I've been getting insomnia. This is the first time this has happened. I don't know how or why I am getting it. I searched it and up and I think it's due to stress over AP exams. Does anyone know how I can make this better? Please help, I really need to focus and study but I can't because of my insomnia. It causes me to be really sleepy and I get migraines during the day so I can't focus properly and it's getting hard to memorize material for my tests. I usually have a regular sleep schedule (no naps in the daytime), and I don't drink coffee.

Okay so it was 3 years ago a boy in my college was so in love with me that everytime he used to irritate me by making lot of calls and messages in a day firstly I wasn't okay with it because I had been really in a very bad relationship in my past like my best friend cheated on me with my boyfriend so I was almost on the level of depression and with so much of patience and struggle I came out of that phase so I was not ready for another relationship and that boy in my college was constantly forcing me to be in relationship with him but as time passed I began to know him and was loving all his efforts because all you crave for is love and attention and then we had our first kiss and after that we were in a relationship for almost a year but I don't know where I went wrong I did everything for him like to support him all time in his studies but it didn't make any change but this affected my grades. also I noticed one thing that the love and attention I got from him before the relationship was non existable after the relationship like he was more attracted to other girls.He didn't even call me for 2-3 days didn't even try to meet me for months. Wasn't it so strange?. also we were on a trip where I needed him the most I was sick and I need someone to stay with me where he did insulted me infront of everyone and instead of staying with me he was chilling with his so called friends who did not even care a bit about him.Also he always denies to socialize me on his account but he always expects that I should socialize him everywhere. During covid I realised alot of things that he doesn't need me anymore and So do I. But after several months I realised that I'm not able to move on after such a toxic relationship like I still crave for his attention and stalk him on every social sites.Now what should I do? Please help me out buddies!

Breakup

Me and my gf usually play Valorant every night and we would duo together. Yesterday she told me that she wanted to spend some time alone. So I let her be. After like 15 minutes I logged into the game and saw that she was playing the game with a random guy who she met on Instagram. I got sad seeing that. I did address it with her later that night, but I'm still not sure if me being sad or mad about this is valid. 

Girlfriend

I am fighting with almost every problem from last five years, temporal, financial, mental, physical.  Don't know, I do everything, every time I also fight with the situation, but now I am not able to dare this time, don't know why now it seems that I stop, whatever will happen will be seen, now it seems that God should call me.  I never gave up, got cheated by my own people, even then I stood up, got drunk, gambled everything, then left it, saw my loved ones go away, still fought, suffered humiliation, still fought, but can't do it now.  Perhaps this is the end of my story and anyway the end is the beginning.  Goodbye journey of just 28 years.......
