Hi, with so much going on, how do you all keep yourselves distracted or atleast try to stay a lil positive or just feel better.
Would love to know some ways to de-stress
I try maintaining a journel it helps me relax and express my emotions wich i know is private … try sitting in balcony in the evening listenin to good music and some tea
One man dance party .
This helps me to forget about other things for some time atleast.
Read books, get into meditation ishika, that really REALLY helps and well enjoy some good music and time with your friends :)
