Hi,
Today I’m feeling too anxious as I just got to know that I’ve to sit for 3 competitive exams. And my post grad exams in June. I’m anxious about the preparation and whether I’ll be able to clear them or not. I don’t want to fail in any of those exams as my future career depends on it. I’m trying but I realised that because of too much work and difference in syllabus I’m starting to procrastinate which is not good for the exams but i’m not able to shake the procrastination off.

You can organise a study group or go and study in a library… A library’s silent ambience can calm your mind and helps you to study well… And another one tip is you can study in chunks… Like sit and study for 10-20 minutes finish till a certain point and then walk around or drink water or take rest like 5-10minutes and sit and study again… Also you can increase the time limit day by day… It’s known to increase your concentration too… And also try not overthink it and get too negative about the results… Try hard and give it your all… You can do it… Believe in yourself 💗🤗

You can do this broooo!!! I’m not here to give you advice , because I’m sure everyone will be giving you advice and I’m sure it will great. I’m here to tell you I believe in you , yes I’m a stranger But I completely believe in you . I’m in the same situation as you are in, even I’m preparing for a competitive exam and I’m also procrastinating. But more than advice I need just some blind trust!!! I hope this helps you!!!
