Hi, since 2 years i am suffering from depression due to break up. Today i met dr for my hair loss treatment and he said you have to get out of your mental state then everything will be alright. I told my friends about this but they are not taking this seriously because less awared about mental illness. What to do?

Try to stay relaxed…and do walking…calm yourself down…don’t loose your hair for someone else…speak to your parents…my good wishes with you.

I can’t talk this issue with my parents. I already told them about my stress levels. As i said everyone is not aware of mental issues that someone is dealing with.

Yes that dr referred me to a ayurvedic psychiatrist aka Manovaidya. Dr said medicine will not work in your case so consult this guy and you will be out in few weeks.

Nd M in a same situation 😭😭but my mom support me. Still I don’t know how to share everything with her that what kinda thoughts going on my mind every second.

2 ways to counter this…
Physical:
Get good habits,good routine,good sleep cycle, nutrition,good hobby, vitamin c tablets, vitamin e, lift weights,do cardiovascular workouts

Psychological:
Meditation,proper sleep,away from technology and social media…it’s shit, get out of the home…travel around…plan things with ur frnds and have long trip 3+ days… mostly dont put efforts on something which isn’t worth it…u can wake someone who is alseep…but u can’t wake simeine who is pretending to be…

Visit doctor for the issue…
Don’t miss the meds…

Bro, just think life before you came into relationship. It might be good. So try to build yourself by connecting with nature. Go to hills, spend some time there. Your thoughts will automatically gets diverted.

Yes i go to treks and rides regularly and it helps me a lot. May be i want recovery faster

Try ‘insight timer’ for meditation. I’m also suffering from depression from a long time. Also I have recently come out of a complicated relationship. This app helps me to be at peace at times. Try gazing at the stars. Develop a new hobby that occupies most of your time. Watch positive videos and comedies and fill yourself with positivity. Whatever guilt you might be having, try letting it go. Try the etheric chord technique.
