3am Thoughts

❓Why did my girlfriend do this to me❓

I wanted to ask her (on phone) if I wanna come over to her place. but she wouldn’t let me. a few days ago she told me that her parents were going outta town somewhere.

I indicate to her why I want to come over. She knows it. She wouldn’t tell me what’s going on. I don’t know maybe her neighbors are aware or something? She was alone all by herself for hours.

But she told me this “if you think about it that way you would be mentally sick” (in an affectionate manner and voice)

She knew what I meant by telling her that I want to come over. She loves me a lot.

Anyway, what did she mean by that quote?

Relationships

I feel like I keep taking jokes way too seriously and they upset me sometimes. I really wish I didn’t take them to heart as much and could have fun with my friends without ruining the mood.

Frustration

So, I'm going through a process. Working through some really hard, complex feelings. My world was flipped upside down over a year and a half ago, and I'm just starting to get my balance. I've gone through denial, grief, rationalizing, and mostly, trying to put it out of my mind. But I have those moments when I'm in my head and in my heart, and I start feeling my feelings. I have a really hard time talking to anyone about it, because when I talk about big feelings, I just turn into a blubbering mess, and my thoughts don't come out coherent. I do have a lot of supportive people in my life, but like I said, it's hard to talk out loud. So, I started a private journal app. It has really helped me spill out my thoughts and feelings.  Sometimes I'm even surprised by what I've written. I figured that an anonymous sounding board was the next best step. So, thank you, for being part of this community. I hope my story might resonate with others and help them. And I hope to support and help others with theirs. 

The only place I feel happy nowadays is inside the ring. There's a prize fight tonight, with money being thrown around. I'll have to hit above my class, but that just means I'll be getting more money tonight.

Depression

Constantly feeling torn down by life.Like nobody will ever help you feel better 

I am not feeling okay. I just want to scream and cry and just cry. 
I can't saty at my room, Came to Starbucks, just coz here no one will disturb me, although I want peace, which ofc not there as it's sunday. I wanted to go on hills or peaceful nature places, but not my luck. I have work to finish and just for the network I had to come here. And here too my hands are working, nor I am able to finish or concentrate, don't know what going on. I want this certification, but I am not able to read well. Basically I am frustrated of every aspect of my life right now. And I can't control and am crying. I feel so garib not just with money but also the happy people around, everything feels wrong. I just want a good long vacation.

And from tomorrow again, the. Office starts. Arghhhh. This is all wrong, I can't even take any leave


Life

I broke up with my girlfriend yesterday, as she had to go back to her hometown as her parents were forcing her to, plus we didn't want long distance. She didn't even bother to call/text the entire day today. Why would a person do that, considering the day before we told we loved each other. Need some help here.
