Hey, i’m not okay… thanks for being here. Idk where to start but i just got home, earlier discussed with my bf about our relationship. Things not going smooth and we decided to take a break.
Here I am, having anxiety attack. I’m alone and I dont know who to look for. :(
Yeah I can understand! But first you need to calm yourself…
Set somewhere stable close your eyes…and breath in out slowly…may it will calm you…

I would say, the best was to take deep breaths to calm down a bit. Focus yourself on an object and don’t think too much on it.
