I've learnt German for around 6 years. That's a good language, you can't try it after you learn russian.

How to improve my English writing and speaking skills?

I'm attending these online private classes that are conducted internationally for various subject
I'm the only Indian present there
And I've the typical Indian English accent..
And those people i.e teachers and students always make fun of my accent because it doesn't sound so American or British
I've tried everything from reading books and novels to watching movies without subtitles but nothing really helped
And I can't practice it verbally because I don't have English speakers neither in my family nor my friends
What to do about it 
I'm going to shift abroad in few months and I'm very very insecure about it
How can I improve it ?

I'm really suck at communication skills 
And I'm planning for pursuing masters abroad after 1 year. I'm giving my best to improve my communication skills but everybody knows it needs practice. Without practice one can't do best in any field. And I don't have much people to interact with in English. Anyone who wanna connect with me and help me out. I really need people to have a convo in English so that it can get improve.

I am very poor in English sometimes I write English words spelling wrong and I don't know how to speak in English so suggest me some tips because after a one and a half month my presentation in college so please suggest me some good techniques and tips
