I am 21. I have been a victim of sexual abuse in my childhood. I hava some bad memories of being brutally beaten up by my mother in my childhood too. She used to stay frustrated due to family issues back then and I was hee first child. I donโt know if this is the reason to my current behaviour or not.
But I have some serious anger issues now. I get uncontrollably angry and I always feel like people are drifting away from me for this reason. I have lost many friends because of this nature and I start yelling very quickly. I donโt know how to control this. I donโt believe in God. If anyone can help, please do let me know some effective and sensible methods for me. Thank you in advance.

This could be a reason of your anger issues. I suggest you to have a therapy sessions and research some techniques to control these. Having an opinion from the expert is the best.
You will end up having fights if this thing continues as well as loosing friends.
For the time being, whenever you feel you are getting angry or you start to shout, just tell your mind that I can control this and be calm. Try to say this everyday without even feeling angry. Your subconsious mind will start accepting it and you will slowly start working on your anger problem. You should also say that it will harm you and no one else. Take a small step see if it works which will take time and if it doesnโt go for an expert opinion.
Thank you for your valuable advice. I have worked with one therapist before but it didnโt improve anything. So I stopped seeing him.I will try this iteration technique. Thanks again.

I would suggest you to do physical activities. Whenever you feel angry go for a run and let your anger come out with every drop of sweat. Do meditation for peaceful mind.
meditation doesnโt help. I dont know how does that work.
Then look for a trainer
