Weight loss requires discipline…U r saying u r having the habit of binge eating maybe it’s because u r following a diet which is very challenging for u and at the end of the day u say fuck it and ruin ur whole progress by binge eating.Try to set a goal for urself which is achievable and slowly make it more challenging take baby steps.Surely it would take time but atleast u will be able to achieve it

Hey there, I recently lost 12kgs in the last 6 months. I’ve been on this weight loss cycle for a very long time and finally achieved it during the lockdown with some consistency. I started with some moderate workout routines which used to keep me active during our monotonous routines. Simultaneously I used to keep a check on my food intake. Never counted my calories but always had everything in moderation. Once my body got used to the workout regime, I started some intensive workouts 5 days a week. I was very determined to lose weight so I did not fall back into my unhealthy lifestyle. You don’t have to exhaust yourself, you just have keep your body active and eat in moderation. I still workout regularly to feel fresh and fit.

Hey, it’s okay to feel kinda demotivated after a lot of efforts. Happened to me too. But it is also important to go easy on yourself. You can try to take it slow. One day at a time by improving one habit at a time. I started by trying to focus on what I eat and how I eat. Every time you consider eating something, see what it contains and chew it slowly. Don’t let yourself fall into a loop. Try to maintain your schedule by putting up the alarms and actually getting the work done. The beginning will be difficult but once you start, it will be fine. Just stay calm and know what you are doing. All the best. The way is yours to pave.
