Hi, so I've lived with anxiety all my life and now I feel like I can control it a little bit and I'm not scared anymore but recently discovered that my mother also has anxiety, I took her to my doctor who is amazing but doctor will give you advice and pills but you have to help yourself, my mother gets very scared whenever she gets anxious, very small things trigger her and gets really scared. I feel so bad and I try and talk to her but she doesn't really listen, she is very very strong and helped me a lot. How can I help her? Please give me some suggestions, I got her books told her to meditate but she just can't control negetive thoughts, she had a panic attack recently,I'm really worried. Please help

3am Thoughts

I was in a long distance relationship. Did all the things that come with a marriage without being married. A week before flying in to see me, he tells me he can no longer be in this relationship. Moved onto someone else right after. Will he ever regret or feel remorse? We were speaking about marriage couple days before he called it off. People are so cruel. 2-3 year relationship.

Alright I have had enough. These are all things I wanna say to him but I can't because I can't even feel my face around him - 
What the heck?! What's it to you that I am this miserable? You have her. And you always will. I am on the other stuck with the fact that you have her and we will never be together. Not that there was something that was going to happen. 
You confuse me so much. You give all of these mixed signals which keep me on the toes. One time you are super stary, other times you are ignorant, other times you hang out with other girls to make me jealous and let me tell you something, you win at that. It was not in my hands to fall or not fall for you. Just do a decent thing - put me out of my misery please. Be clear about your choices. A clear, vocal, adamant Yes or No will help me. So just do it. Because I am suffering all because of you. I go to bed thinking about you. I wake up thinking about you. This is so unhealthy for me. Please. Put me out of my misery
