Same here nothing going in my away from 3 years , loss, bad luck , family quarrel & career struggles , panic attacks but we shouldn’t lose hope ? Ab kya hi tnsn lena ab toh adat si huvi so keep smiling

It is just a phase and will pass away. You can’t feel motivated and confident everyday. Somedays are very dull where you feel nothing is going right and fear comes out and it is normal. Just let yourself calm down a little bit and and give yourseld some time. Not saying 1 day or 2 considering you don’t have time. Do something that helps you like talj to soneone go for a walk instead of stressjng out. Set a timeline when you shpuld be back to fighter mode. Like say 2 4 hours. So in that 2 4 hours do something to calm yourself down. Relax. And then get back

I’m also going through same phase in life , 3 months of this year is successfully wasted and I don’t know if i could make it work remaining 9 months, I’m going through breakup and with career stress
