Hi all good morning im actually fed up with my anxiety problem from past 3 years I’m suffering from this problem when ever I join a new company I feel like running from there within a month I had left 3 4 company within 3 months. May be I’m fear of work pressure or I feel I had lost my freedom
I need your all help to deal with such problems

It takes some time to find a right job. If the issue with job, then work on finding the one. If the issue with anxiety than take time and work on it to manage it.
Since I was not working for long n keep on leaving job bcoz of anxiety. How to work on it I want some solution kindly guide me

I keep on Quiting job 3 months after joining and almost 3 to 4 time I have done that may be I’m afraid of work or I’m afraid of getting insult or work pressure which I can’t handle. Some time I feel I’m happy sitting home the other minute I feel I want to work n earn

Is there any solution for this problem as my parents and partner both are not understanding this problem they think I’m doing this purposely or I’m not interested to work
