Heyy so this is my first time here.
I just have severe anxiety and depression too as 1. I just came out of a relationship and 2. I have a major surgery coming up.

don’t be anxious. Everything is gonna be alright. Just believe in yourself. Engage yourself in things u love doing to move on from the relationship nd take care of yourself. Good luck for the surgery. Hope u always be happy nd healthy.

Well you will be alright even though I am still so young to understand relationships but try out fun things and try to stay out of toxic things!!!

It’s all going to be okay. You know just take few deep breaths with me. inhale exhale inhale exhale if you ever have a anxiety or panic attack try this 4-7-8 technique. 4 seconds inhale 7seconds hold your breath and 8 second exhale. It helps you have to do it a few times. Remember you are capable of facing anything. All the best for your surgery. XX
