ok so let me tell you my history of me and my ex
so he broke up with me on march 1 for personal reason
so after he broke up with me he asked the female he told me not to worry abt 7 days after breaking up and i found out and he lied and told me it was a bill collector which it was not. but he says there was nothing there and i belived him .so a couple of weeks later me and him are making out and she pops up again and he hide his phone after telling me he blocked her so he lied agai.anyways so i was pissed and assumed he did something so i went and did a one night which i regrets everyday and i told bc it was the right thing to bc i had so much love for him and after i tolf he blocked me and i understud why .
but i dont get why he got so mad even tho he is the one that told me he doesnt love me or want anything to do with me
anyways a week later after i told he unblocked me and we were friend and doing thing what couple would do but that is what i thought 
but he would tell me he just wants to be friends and has no feeling for me 
anyway going back to a week ago whenhe blocked me again
he ened up unblocking me a few days and we have not stopped hanging out and it feels amazing 
but today i feel so insecerd and scared that he is talking to someone else .bc i am used to him lying to me .he sayd he not but idk how to feel
also everytime he follows someone new on insta he is talking to them that is why i feel like he is bc he follwed this new girl today


idk what to do

Why is it so difficult to reach out to someone? 
Like I want to share everything and have a mental breakdown in front of a trusted individual but still I choose to remain silent and put on a 'I'm fine/ok' mask. I cannot just open up to someone. 
I just want to be understood but at the same time I'm afraid that people will think I'm doing this for attention or for sympathy (Because words like depression and anxiety are simply thrown around nowadays) 
I don't want to burden or emotionally drain someone else.
