Body Positivity

School, instead of helping me become a better version of my previous self, it only made it so much worse. I developed social anxiety, public speaking anxiety, fear of making mistakes. The school, it forces us to have a one shape. It's like a circle going through a phase that will mold you into a star. They forces you to be confident, risk-taker, extrovert, a social butterfly, proud, and well physically and emotionally because apparently those who don't possess such trait isn't needed by the world after you graduate. They don't give a damn whatever you are and will forces you to come out of your comfort zone, thinking that they are only helping you and this is for the best but is it really? I really hate the system, i really despise the world....

School

Any suggestion on how to deal with the pain of seeing a bestfriend leave from your life. Especially someone whom you thought was gonna be there by your side for a long time but it's just ending right in front of your eyes.
I considered this bestfriend as my home, but now it feels like I'm not gonna have anybody anymore.

Depression

So basically I met a girl in online for the reason to support Cancer people we became friends and we made a online group to support people who are suffering from cancer i am from Bangalore and she from Mumbai we became good friends and we have talked like 2 clock mid night everything and i started to like her and didn't told her after she was busy with study's i not talked to her after 2 month i Don't know why but i told her i like her and than she told no i see u as friend every girl's same dialogue and she called me told today that  i am in relationship in video call i couldn't control myself and smiled like nothing and she told don't share my number in online because i didn't like why do i have to do like that to the girl i like she didn't trust me also and i ended the call and told i will delete your number don't worry and deleted her number but deeply i can't control myself i bust out tears it's the worst day sorry to others who are reading this i thought if i share my feelings here i will get better thank you for reading 🥹

3am Thoughts

I am an over thinker. I may not react but I notice every single thing and they get stuck in my mind for a long time and my brain keeps analysing and interpreting them. First few hours my brain goes on thinking negative like what all was wrong about what they said or did, trying to figure out their hidden agenda. My mind goes on believing whatever they said was out of wrong intention and what might be the reason behind it. My brain keeps thinking about it until the feeling fades away and is capable of accepting the validation from outside that nothing is wrong. But at the same time, a part of my brain tries to look for the positive to ease the situation and lessen the burden. Sometimes I try to pretend everything is fine and it’s merely a misunderstanding and misinterpretation. Still the more I try to get rid of it, the more it affects me. My mind is always preoccupied with things I can’t control. It exhausts itself in overanalysing things. It hits me even more because somewhere inside I think about myself like that making me even more vulnerable to what they say. I need somebody to help me out in this. 

Overthinking

Exhausted

I can't hold it anymore, I keep failing myself and idk what to do to stop thinking
