Hey! I ve been feeling a little blue lately. But as i notice it , it comes in waves the happiness waves and then the sadness waves. It never stops.
I have anxiety issues and overthinking issues which make me feel restless in my tummy but at a little lesser rate.
I dont know how to get rid of it.
Someone please share any suggestions
I have tried distractions and mindfulness and everything. Doesnt seem to get me out of it.

I tried writing too.
Its like some days ill be stuck and then some days ill be too pumped that ill be like lets see what happens later.
But mostly i just keep thinking about the future ki what ll happen and i need to be prepared and thats one of the reason i fail to live in the moment of the present
