Hey, I need help.
Iām trying to do things for me to make me feel genuinely happy. So as a first step I was planning to keep a self-reflection diary but I donāt know why Iām afraid to start writing on it, I donāt know something is stopping me to maintain that diary. What should I do?
Hmm well, what is the reason that is keeping you away from writing in that diary?
Idk. I think I donāt know how to startā¦ I really donāt know what Iām scared offā¦
I see, hmm well that might be one of the great reasons to start, donāt you think? Maybe you can start off slow and write about trying to find what you are scared of. You donāt have to write anything you donāt want to and anything when you donāt feel like it. Let your emotions work for you. Ask yourself what you want to do and acknowledge it :))
